Returns: Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods

Bite Nutrition will replace any items received as damaged or faulty.  Notification of items that are incorrect, faulty or damaged must be received within 48 hours of receiving them via hello@bitenutrition.com.au subject line "RETURN" and including any photo evidence of fault and we will advise of instructions on how to return the item (s). 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of when we have processed your replacement item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bitenutrition.com.au and we will let you know the details for return post.

Changed your Mind?

Bite Nutrition does not refund change of mind purchases.  We are willing to consider store credit with goods returned unopened and with all original packaging undamaged and at your own cost for postage return.

Dietitian Services

If you purchase dietitian services and do not complete the steps required for the service to be provided to you, there are no refunds available. Once you buy the service, you must commit to completing it.
